I need an experienced electrical estimator who can step into a commercial project and handle the full estimating workflow from raw plans through to a bidding package.
The scope covers:
• Material take-offs drawn directly from the latest construction drawings
• Accurate cost estimation with current labor rates and supplier pricing
• A clean, well-organized bid sheet I can submit as-is to the general contractor
Please work in Excel (or compatible software) and reference any industry databases or pricing tools you normally use; just note them so I can verify the numbers later. Drawings and specs will be provided in PDF, and I’m available to answer RFI-style questions quickly.
