Commercial Construction Project Manager (Relocation Required)

I'm seeking an experienced construction project manager for a commercial site in Maldives. This individual will oversee the construction phase and ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly. You will be provided housing on site and will be required to stay onsite on the island.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee scheduling and timelines to ensure project completion is on schedule.
- Monitor budget and cost control measures to prevent overspending and ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance throughout the entirety of the project.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of quality and safety regulations in construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work and make adjustments on Autocad.
- Must be able to generate 3D sketch up for onsite adjustments.
