Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Solution Architect to lead the technical planning, development oversight, and technology strategy of our e-commerce platform.
The successful candidate will act as the technical representative of BIDORA, ensuring that all development activities are delivered according to agreed specifications, quality standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate external development companies and software development teams.
• Review development quality, code standards, and technical deliverables.
• Monitor execution of the Statement of Work (SOW), project milestones, and contractual obligations.
• Define and maintain the technical roadmap of the platform.
• Evaluate and select hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, and technology stack.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and platform security best practices.
• Supervise integrations with suppliers, third-party services, and payment gateways.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability of the platform.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
• Strong experience with Bagisto and Laravel frameworks.
• Proven experience with API integrations and supplier connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or other cloud hosting environments.
• Experience managing remote development teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with multi-vendor marketplace platforms.
• Knowledge of payment gateway integrations and financial technology systems.
• Experience in scaling e-commerce businesses and digital platforms.
