Hello, I am looking for someone to manage cold calling list to ensure that callers are calling the best list. This person will responsible for
- Tracking KPI's
- Reporting key KPI numbers weekly
- Sending daily recordings that need improvement
- Sending daily recordings that sound good
- Creating new list
- Scrubbing list
- Ensuring callers have list to call for the week
- Creating training manual for cold callers
- Making sure numbers are good
- Trouble shooting any issues callers have
