We are seeking Freelance Client Connectors to join our team. As a Freelance Client Connector, your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Actively seek out potential clients looking for freelance services in various sectors. Identify their project needs and initiate contact to discuss how our company can assist in meeting those needs.
Client Handoff: Once a client is acquired, you'll be responsible for handing them off to our management team for further handling and project management.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of freelancing platforms and the ability to identify promising clients.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Compensation:
You will be compensated at a rate of $15 - $25 per hour for your efforts in client acquisition. Additionally, you will receive a generous 30% bonus based on the profits generated from the clients you bring in. Please note that your primary role is to acquire and pass on clients, and this process will significantly impact your income.
