I am looking for a highly organised project manager who can set up and run my entire ClickUp system across both business and personal work. This is a long-term, high-trust role for someone who enjoys structure, planning, and keeping everything running smoothly.

The Role

You will build a clean Clickip setup, manage my ongoing tasks, and support both business and personal planning. You must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, able to organise chaos, and confident turning ideas and notes into clear plans.

What You Will Do

Clickip setup and management

Build a full Clickip workspace for business and personal

Create task hierarchies, dashboards, recurring routines, and automations

Keep all tasks updated, prioritised, and actionable

Maintain weekly and monthly planning cycles

Business support

Structure a 12-month business plan in Clickip

Track goals, deadlines, and deliverables

Keep me aligned on priorities and upcoming tasks

Organise documents, notes, and decisions

Personal organisation

Set up personal routines, reminders, and projects

Help with scheduling, simple admin, and follow-ups

Keep personal tasks tidy and on track

General assistance

Turn raw notes and ideas into structured actions

Spot issues early and propose fixes

Keep communication clear and consistent
