Click Up Consultant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for someone who has experience with setting up click up in the most efficient way. I lack the understanding of all the features in there, but would like to set it up for task and project management.
I have sent attached a list of two processes that occur on different frequencies, with the dates each task and subtask is due on one tab 'Recurring tasks'. These will need to be assigned to different team members. I would like to have visability as to where we are at with these processes at a glance by asking the team to complete tasks. Not that I run into an issue here where when a subtask is marked complete, it automatically changes the due date to the next time the whole task needs to be completed again. I would like it to sit there marked as complete, and then when the total project is complete, all the dates roll over to the next time they repeat.
For the project (refer to tab 'Projects'), there are two, but it is effectively the same thing. Could you please load these in as well, so that I can see what view I would best enable me to best see the status on all of these items.
1. Status in this bi-weekly payroll
2. Status in this accounts payable run
3. Status on Project Sales Tax
4. Status on Project Onboarding
This isn't a huge set up, but looking for someone with the experience to set this up, and guide me for how I will build it out further in the future with more tasks and projects.
Please provide the best setup to achieve total visability, as well as making it not a cumbersome task for people to update, however is set up with the appropriate reminders to ensure staff members are compliant and are updating tasks when completed.
