Clarify Project Scope & Plan

I’m at the very first stage of a project that, for now, carries the working title “3dsadasdasdasd.” The concept is still a rough sketch in my head, and before any design, coding, or content work begins, I need a seasoned professional to help me shape it into a clear, actionable roadmap.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A discovery session (or sessions) where you guide me through the right questions to uncover goals, target users, and key functionality.
• A concise specification document that captures those findings—user stories, feature lists, basic workflow diagrams, and any technical or creative considerations.
• A high-level project timeline with recommended milestones, plus an outline of resources or skill sets we’ll likely need as development progresses.
You’re free to use your preferred planning tools—Miro for brainstorming, Figma for wireframes, Confluence or Notion for documentation—so long as the final deliverables are easy for my future team to follow.
