Civil Quantity Surveyor – Long-Term BOQ Work (CESMM4)
Description:
We are seeking experienced Civil Quantity Surveyors to join our team for ongoing work preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in line with the Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurement (CESMM4).
About the Role:
Long-term relationship opportunity
Remote/freelance work with flexible delivery timelines
Projects include bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, structures, pipelines, demolition, and utilities
All work must be measured in accordance with CESMM4 standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience using CESMM4
High attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and method statements
Familiarity with MS Excel or estimating software
Clear communication and reliability
