Cielo RPO Implementation Project Lead

As the responsible project manager lead for tech-enabled Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) implementation in India, you'll be wearing multiple hats throughout the process. Here's what the project entails:
- Leading the Implementation: As an expert in tech-enabled RPO setups, you'll implement the programs and develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in Project Management.
- Proven experience in tech-enabled RPO implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Stakeholder Management: effectively manage all stakeholders, keeping them in the loop with clear, regular updates.
Client Satisfaction:
- Throughout the project, primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, not just during the execution but also during the stabilization phases.
This project will last for a period of 3-6 months. By the end of the term, we'll have a smoothly running tech-enabled RPO program in place.
