As our Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founders to manage key projects, tackle operational challenges, and drive execution across the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on getting things done and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
As Chief of Staff, you’ll:
1. Execute High-Impact Projects:
• Own and manage projects across different areas of the business, ensuring timely completion.
• Work closely with teams to address operational challenges and improve workflows.
2. Support the Founders:
• Help prioritize tasks and initiatives, ensuring the leadership team stays focused on critical objectives.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
3. Drive Day-to-Day Operations:
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional tasks, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Track key metrics and provide updates to ensure teams are meeting their goals.
4. Administrative and Operational Tasks:
• Handle administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling, drafting emails, and managing timelines.
• Coordinate team meetings, offsites, and other internal events.
5. Collaborate Across Teams:
• Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Act as a bridge between different departments to improve communication and collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on, resourceful, and organized individual who is passionate about startups and eager to contribute. Key qualifications include:
- Experience: 3+ years in project management, operations, or a similar role (startup experience is a bonus).
- Education:
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an engineering degree is a plus.
- Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Google Workspace, or project management software.
- Mindset:
• A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
