This position will work closely with the CEO to oversee daily operations, support strategic growth, and ensure the smooth execution of business activities across the agency. The COO will help lead internal coordination, strengthen client and partner relationships, and keep projects, productions, and business priorities moving forward efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day agency operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and alignment with company goals.
Partner with the CEO to execute the agency’s vision, strategic plans, and growth initiatives.
Coordinate communication between leadership, staff, talent, contractors, clients, and external partners.
Review incoming requests, determine priorities, and assign follow-up actions to the appropriate team member.
Track deadlines, deliverables, event timelines, bookings, and project milestones to support timely execution.
Develop and maintain systems and procedures that support smooth office operations and consistent workflow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, clients, venues, vendors, sponsors, and industry partners.
Support staff performance management by setting expectations, monitoring progress, and encouraging accountability.
Ensure company practices, processes, and standards are consistently followed.
Promote a collaborative, creative, professional, and client-focused work environment.
Assist with special projects, productions, and other duties as assigned by the CEO.
