Calypso Business Analyst Consultant

We're a major management consulting firm and seek a Calypso Business Analyst Consultant to help improve IT processes for a market separation program.
Performance Description:
Technical analysis customer/market separation
- Customer: In-house development: CSI, CSI-IL
- Market: Standard software - Calypso, Murex, FIS etc.
- Use case based testing of the target architecture especially in the systems (CSI, CSI-IL, WPA (Works Progress Administration), COWIAS-Order, STP, WP-Regulation, Stückedispo, Settlement International)
Creation of the requirements catalog (AK) for a RfP process to be initiated subsequently
- Description of Functional & Non-Functional Requirements based on expert workshop of internal MAs
- Creation of the requirements catalog in German and English
Accompaniment of the RfP
- Creation of business case
- Communication with vendors
- Coordination with Corporate Procurement
- Preparation of management documents, if necessary decision papers
Regular management update (at all levels, e.g. high & mid management) on the status of the entire RfP process.
- Participate in cluster-wide deep dives for more in-depth discussions & decisions
Technical validation and discussion around proposed solution designs (Techn. target image for +5 years).
- Observance of the guideline of the enterprise architects
- Mix of standard software and in-house development
- Location of features in the right places
Technical requirements:
- Experience with Calypso
- Experience in the market-side settlement process (IB & Retail)
- Among other things, handling of depository specifics MA-Depot knowledge
- Extensive experience as program manager and project manager in a banking environment
- Strong communication skills
- Very good skills in analyzing, reconciling and documenting complex issues
- Extensive experience in managing technical implementation projects
- Extensive experience in change and release management (Senior) Business Analyst
- Extensive experience in analysis & implementation of regulatory changes
- Experience in the RfP process
