Role: F&B Consultant / Café Operations Head (Project-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end café setup (pre-opening phase)
• Vendor sourcing & finalization (coffee, bakery, kitchen, packaging)
• Menu planning, engineering & costing
• Designing SOPs for kitchen & coffee bar operations
• Staff hiring, training & workflow structuring
• Ensuring a smooth and high-quality launch
Preferred Background:
• Experience with reputed café/restaurant brands such as Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Café Coffee Day, or similar premium concepts
• Proven track record in setting up cafés/restaurants from scratch
• Strong vendor network and operational expertise
Location: Patna (on-site involvement required during setup phase)
Type: Short-term consultancy (2–3 months), with potential long-term role
