CTO Needed for Web3 Game Development

My name is Andrii Bobniuk, and I am the founder of Imaginus, a pioneering company in the Web3 gaming space. We are currently in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic team and help lead the development of our game.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and refining our technical strategy to meet the demands of the Web3 gaming landscape.
- Guiding and managing our talented development team, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output.
- Spearheading efforts to ensure product scalability and security, preparing us for a successful launch and sustained operation.
Our game is currently in the prototype development stage. An ideal candidate would have:
- A proven track record in the gaming industry, with specific experience in leading technical teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to envision and implement a long-term technical roadmap.
- Deep understanding and experience in Web3 technologies would be highly beneficial, even though specific experience in Smart contracts development, Blockchain infrastructure, or DeFi applications is not a prerequisite.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably as a CTO or similar.
- Strong background in game development and the gaming industry.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Experience with product scalability and security measures.
