Job Title: CPA Campaign Manager – Microtask Strategy
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled freelancer to manage a CPA (Cost Per Action) campaign using microtask workers. Your job is to recruit and manage up to 800 microtask workers from specific countries to complete CPA tasks (such as signups, surveys, installs) correctly during one month.
> Note: I do not have accounts on any microtask platforms. The freelancer must use their own accounts, platforms, or networks to complete this job.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and manage 800 microtask workers to implement CPA tasks correctly within one month.
Ensure each worker completes the required CPA action validly (e.g., signup, survey, install).
Guide workers with clear instructions and verify the completion of tasks.
Track and maintain quality control to avoid fake or bot actions.
Provide weekly updates and a comprehensive report at the end of the month.
Requirements:
Experience with CPA marketing or affiliate campaigns.
Access to microtask platforms (such as SproutGigs, Microworkers, RapidWorkers).
Ability to manage and coordinate large teams of online workers.
Strong organizational and verification skills to ensure task validity.
Fluent in English .
Salary & Payment Terms:
Base Salary: $200 USD/month.
Performance Bonus:
→ $0.50 per valid CPA action completed.
→ The budget to pay microtask workers starts only after the first 100 valid CPA actions are confirmed.
→ Example: After achieving the first 100 valid actions, the freelancer uses the earned budget to pay workers for the remaining actions, up to 800 total.
→ If 800 valid actions are completed, total payment will be:
$200 base + (800 × $0.50) = $600 USD.
Payment Method:
→ Freelancer will be paid monthly after verification of the completed valid actions.
→ Freelancer is responsible for managing and paying the microtask workers from the budget earned.
→ No upfront payment. Work must be done and verified first.
Notes:
No fake, bot, or incentivized traffic allowed unless specifically permitted by the CPA offer.
Freelancer must take full responsibility for recruitment, task assignment, quality control, and reporting.
CPA offers and links will be provided from platforms like CPAGrip, MyLead, etc.
