I need someone whom are very familiar with start up working environment to lead & manage our team of freelancers.

I need you to set up timelines of deadlines, arrange meetings, presentations of work accomplishments, reviewing works, etc and more..

Criteria :
- Must have experience in managing a team, timeline, deadline, etc
- Understand very well varied skills such as sql, php, python, uiux, google app script, java, business, accounting, financing, data analyst and more
- Very good weekly presentation
- Able to motivate people and very good interpersonally

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

A. Please video record your self, (maybe upload to youtube). Tell me everything you know in the video about sql, php, python, uiux, google app script, java, business, accounting, financing, QA and data analyst.
B. Show me more evidence that you have managed and lead dozen of team members.
C. You need to lead our team members to accomplish our goals, $50 a week paid, agree ?
