CAD Professional for Housing Developer Projects

We are looking for an experienced freelance survey/CAD professional to support the production of survey outputs for housing developer projects.

The work will involve supporting survey data processing, drawing production and quality checking, using survey outputs from site teams and preparing deliverables for client review. Experience working with land survey data, housing development sites and AutoCAD is highly desirable.

We use NForce as part of our survey workflow, so experience with this or similar survey processing software would be beneficial. The ideal freelancer will be confident handling topographical survey data, interpreting survey information, and producing clean, accurate CAD outputs.

Ideal experience:

Land surveying or survey processing background
AutoCAD experience
Experience supporting topographical survey outputs
Understanding of housing developer requirements
Ability to work accurately from survey data and field outputs
Experience with NForce or similar survey software
Good attention to detail and ability to work to agreed deadlines

This would suit a surveyor, CAD technician or survey processing specialist who can provide flexible support on a project-by-project basis.
