Business project manager

We are transitioning ownership from one small business to another. We desire a project manager that can keep the two sides on the same page. I'm looking for a person that can be a focal point for this transition. The project is the transition of the business from the sellers to the buyers and satisfying a list of deliverables. The challenges to extract the essential items and needs, and work and agreement necessary from a confusing array of emails from both sides. I'm looking for someone that can see things clearly and precise through everyone's talk. All items should be able to be boiled down to transition list that is agreed upon on the items, and then satisfied with the deliverable or certain work.
