EU/US Business Support Partner Needed
Budget: €10,000 – €20,000 EUR
My company is growing quickly, and I need a versatile partner located in the EU or US who can communicate fluently in English and step in wherever the day-to-day operation requires an extra pair of skilled hands. Think of it as becoming my right arm: one week you might organise a spreadsheet of leads or prepare a short market-research brief, the next you could be coordinating calendar invites, refining a presentation, or chasing up suppliers so deadlines stay on track.
What matters most is reliability, clear communication, and the confidence to suggest better ways of doing things when you spot them. We will start with a small volume of tasks and scale the scope as we learn to work together.
Deliverables are simple and concrete:
• Each assigned task completed accurately and on time
• A concise weekly summary outlining what you finished, any issues you encountered, and anything you recommend we improve
If this sounds like a good fit, tell me where you are based, the business tools you use every day (Google Workspace, Office 365, Trello, etc.), and a quick example of a process you have streamlined in the past. I will set up a brief video call with shortlisted freelancers and can assign the first mini-project straight after that.
