Business Project Management/Consultant (Dominican Republic).., Furniture Production

Hello,
We are a small US based wholesale furniture company, that is in search of a “Business Project Manager/Consultant” whom we can work with directly to help develop and set-up furniture manufacturing business relations for us in the Dominican Republic (must be based locally, and prefer someone with furniture production experience but not required). We are looking to partner-up with another manufacturer, workshop, or master furniture maker to manufacture and produce various original and custom styled OEM “wholesale” furniture products for us. These will be produced on a regular basis and exported to the US (east coast). Our company deals in everything furniture related ranging from Italian and European style dining, living, and bedroom furniture sets, along with various mattress products. We are OEM so we provide the manufacturer/workshop with all raw materials, components, fixtures, screws, and etc.. everything needed to produce top quality furniture products.
We are open to discuss any ideal concepts, and layouts with the Project manager/consultant on how we can set-up and structure our needed furniture production. We have some variable options below, but we are open to any and all reasonable ideas that you may have:
(Option-1) We can negotiate a reasonable wholesale cost structure with the factory to manufacture and produce our OEM finished furniture products for our company, providing us with superior quality and craftsmanship on each furniture build. (Option-2) We can contract with the factory to utilize their tools, facilities, and resources needed, in which we can recruit and provide our own skilled manpower to manage and produce furniture products on our own. (Option-3) We can start-up and operate our very own small to midsize workshop, and produce the furniture in-house. Recruiting our own skilled “Master” furniture makers to produce high quality Italian, and European style furniture, along with various mattress products. This option would be dependent and based on start-up cost, business incentives offered from the Dominican government (funding/financing), equipment leasing cost, difficulties, etc..
Overall we are looking to create and build a long-term furniture production operation, based out of the Dominican Republic. Somewhere that offers a lot of skilled laborers/manpower, with impeccable craftsmanship, along with government funding/financing and incentives. We also have an established shipping network for both local and sea freight which allows us to pick up directly from the factory and handle all shipping costs and logistics ourselves (EXW). I would love to discuss more in-depth with the Business Consultant, and other sources that can assist us with our manufacturing furniture needs.
