We are a consulting firm of 13 consultants. We want to manage our resources better, maximize productivity, track time spent, manage projects and tasks, monitor performance, measure workload on teams members, and measure utilization of resources. All for increased productivity and performance monitoring.
In fact, I am not sure what is the most appropriate specialization for this kind of work. However, anyone who wants to work on this must explain to us the past experience in this field.
We expect your advice to provide practical solutions that are realistic and IT-based, and we prefer solutions that could be implemented and built through Office 365 applications (we are open to other IT solutions that are well-integrated with Office 365)
