- Create various diagrams like use case, process flow and sequence diagram.
- Create and maintain mapping documents to outline data flow and transformations between systems.
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and systems.
- Use Jira to track and manage project tasks, issues, and enhancements.
- SKILLS: Due to the specialized nature of this project, I'm seeking someone with a strong understanding of various IT systems. Even though I haven't specified the type of IT system my project involves, being proficient with ERP Systems, CRM Systems, and Custom Software Development will greatly benefit the role.
- OBJECTIVES: Specific project goals can be discussed further during the project's initiation phase given that I've opted not to predefine any at this stage. Regardless, a candidate who is able to boost operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and enable scalability and growth will be a great asset.
