I need detailed structural design for a new building and want a civil engineer who can take the architectural concept I already have and turn it into fully compliant structural documents. The focus is strictly on buildings, so all calculations, drawings, and specifications must align with current building codes and accepted best-practice standards.
My expectations:
• Signed and stamped structural drawings (PDF and editable DWG/Revit files)
• Complete load calculations with clear assumptions (gravity, wind, seismic)
• Foundation, framing, and connection details ready for contractor pricing and permit submission
• A brief calculation summary explaining the modelling approach in SAP2000/ETABS—or your preferred equivalent—so my local reviewer can follow the logic
• One revision round after municipal feedback
