2. Creating WBS in MS Project
3. Create more sub-activities (more details where needed to further breakdown the work package)
4. Build Dependencies between activities (Network Diagram)
5. Adding durations to activities (make assumptions)
6. Building a Resource Plan (assigning resources to each task)
7. Building Cost estimate (duration of the task and their resources assignment rate)
8. Building Critical Path (illustrate the Critical path in the Gant chart)
9. Baselining (Baseline your project resources, schedule and budget)
10. Change Management & re-baseline
Make assumptions and explain them:
A. Project Start date
B. Tasks durations and dependencies (FF, FS, SF, SS)
C. Resources types need and assign them to tasks
D. Resources rates/hours or /day
E. Raw Materials and their costs per units
F. Project management activities
G. Risks and constraints
H. Test and QA requirements
