Building Permit Approval Assistance
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am looking for a contractor, permit expediter, or construction consultant with experience working with the City of Las Vegas Building & Safety Department.
I have a residential CMU block wall project (approximately 280 linear feet) where the original contractor obtained the permit and completed construction but failed to complete the permitting process and obtain final approval. The permit subsequently expired.
I am seeking assistance with evaluating what would be required to assume responsibility for the permit, work with the City to address any outstanding permit issues, coordinate inspections, and obtain final permit approval and closure.
