I need a Project Plan completed. I have the template. And you'll be getting 2 document; one that has all the info you need; another document that has "email" in the name will have info. You'll need compare the 2.

The right freelancer should be familiar with Cyber and Network, System Upgrades, etc. Certificates, etc. or at understand what the Cyber Resiliency Program is all about

From the 2 documents you will need to:
* Determine what the TASKS are and add them to the Project Plan
* Determine what the milestones are and within those, add the tasks
* Determine owners (persons or group) responsible for the tasks
* Determine Decisions
* Determine Risks

Need this ASAP. I will provide a bonus if completed ASAP.

The attached project plan has fake dates and random tasks, but made up milestones; I needed it to share w/my manager.

Summary of Project:
(WFM) Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team is responsible for developing Cyber Resiliency readiness Program against cyber threats for Warehouse Management System (WMS) critical components: Peoplesoft, EXE, Voxware and NAS share. CRP is intended to conduct cyber impact analysis (CIA) to identify security gaps, define recovery strategies and remediation plans. Drive remediation plans for closure with Tech owners, followed by tabletop exercise (TTX) to ensure systems are resilient to cyber threats and can resume business as per defined objectives.
