Build Project Management Hub using a Software similar to Notion

Job ID: 39852911

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I want to spin up a clean, future-proof project-management space in a tool similar to Notion from scratch. The tool you will use is call Fusebase. The goal is to centralise every project we run so that task tracking and timeline management feel effortless for the team and I never have to chase status updates again.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• A workspace architecture that keeps client projects, internal initiatives, and recurring ops in one master Projects database, with views that surface only what each team member needs to see.
• Linked databases and roll-ups that tie tasks to projects and milestones, so deadlines update automatically and I can slice workload by person or date with a couple of clicks.
• Timeline and Gantt-style views that actually work for quarterly planning, plus calendar and kanban snapshots for the daily stand-up.
• Re-usable templates (projects, sprint, meeting notes) that drop the right properties and relations in place every time.
• Clean dashboards—executive overview for me, focused boards for each functional lead—using Notion’s newer database buttons, progress bars, formulas, and filters.

Because none of this exists yet, I need a technical minded professional that can help me set up Fusebase for my team's success. You do not need to be a Fusebase expert - just good with technicology
