Build Integrated Project Management Platform
Budget: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR
I am developing a single, cloud-based application that brings together project oversight, employee timesheets, and business expense recording. While the tool will eventually cover the full lifecycle—from budgeting a project through to reimbursing travel costs—my immediate priority is robust project management.
Here is what I must see working first:
• Task assignment with real-time status tracking so I always know who owns what and how close we are to completion.
• Visual timelines and milestone controls that let me adjust scope, dates, or dependencies on the fly.
Once those core elements are stable, the same interface should allow team members to log hours and submit expenses against the exact tasks they were assigned. That link between tasks, time, and cost is essential for accurate reporting later on.
I am open on language, framework, and architecture; what matters is a clean, responsive UI and an easily extensible backend (API-driven would be ideal) so future modules—like deeper analytics or third-party integrations—can slot in without major refactoring.
