Brevo & HubSpot Virtual Assistant for XPERTUS

I need reliable hourly help—about five hours each week, sometimes more, occasionally less—with day-to-day client engagement inside Brevo and HubSpot. The single most important part of the role is promptly following up on every reply we receive, so nothing falls through the cracks. I’ll supply the email copy; you make sure it is scheduled or sent, track the thread, and circle back via email or a quick WhatsApp call whenever a contact goes quiet.

You’ll also maintain our existing client list, keeping Google Docs, Brevo and HubSpot perfectly in sync, and jump in to book meetings or place brief WhatsApp calls when a personal touch is required. Clear English with a neutral accent is essential because you will sometimes speak directly with clients.

Deliverables each week
• All assigned email campaigns sent on time from Brevo
• Every new or pending reply logged in HubSpot with next-step tasks created
• Follow-up messages or WhatsApp calls completed within 24 hours of a client response
• Client list kept current (contacts, notes, meeting links) in the shared Google Sheet
