The program should help schedule these tests based on the following basic information:
• Patient name
• Patient age
• Patient file number
• Referral date to mammogram
• Treating doctor’s name
• Patient’s phone number
• Treating doctor’s email
• A field from which I can send an email from my personal email
The first procedure is the mammogram date. The mammogram should be scheduled within 48 hours from the referral date, taking into consideration that the appointment should fall between Sunday and Thursday. The result field is required: if the result is negative, no further tests should be scheduled. If positive, a breast ultrasound should be performed two days after the mammogram, and the program should automatically set the date between Sunday and Thursday.
Next, I would like to schedule a breast biopsy via ultrasound, two days after the ultrasound, between Sunday and Thursday. The program should automatically set the date. If the biopsy result is negative, no further tests should be scheduled. If positive, a CT scan (CAP) should be scheduled three days after the ultrasound, taking into consideration that it should fall between Sunday and Thursday, and the program should automatically set the date.
After that, I would like to schedule an MRI three days after the CT scan, keeping in mind that it should fall between Sunday and Thursday, and the program should automatically set the date.
Then, I would like to schedule a Bone Scan two days after the MRI, considering that it should fall only on Sunday or Monday, and the program should automatically set the date to the nearest Sunday or Monday.
After that, I would like to schedule a MUGA scan two days after the Bone Scan, considering that it should fall only on Tuesday or Wednesday, and the program should automatically set the date to the nearest Tuesday or Wednesday.
Finally, I would like to schedule a PET/CT scan two days after MUGA scan, taking into consideration that it should fall between Sunday and Thursday, and the program should automatically set the date.
