Brand Awareness Campaign Manager
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m about to roll out a full marketing campaign aimed purely at raising brand awareness and I need a project manager who can keep every moving part on track. From the first strategy session through the final performance recap, you’ll be the single point of coordination between creative, media buying, analytics, and leadership.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Map the entire campaign timeline in a collaborative tool (Asana, Trello, or similar), clearly assigning owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Facilitate stand-ups, status reviews, and stakeholder check-ins, flagging risks early and keeping approvals flowing.
• Maintain a live dashboard of agreed-upon brand-awareness KPIs—reach, impressions, share of voice, and sentiment—and adjust tactics when data shows a gap.
• Deliver concise weekly reports and, once we wrap, a post-mortem that outlines wins, lessons, and next-step recommendations.
Acceptance criteria
1. A detailed project plan shared within 72 hours of kickoff.
2. Consistent weekly status documentation delivered on the same day each week.
3. A comprehensive close-out report with KPI performance versus targets.
If you’ve successfully shepherded multi-channel brand campaigns before and are comfortable juggling creatives, media timelines, and data analysis, I’d love to hear how you’d steer this one to success.
