Bluebeam Revu Advanced Tutoring

I use Bluebeam Revu every day and feel comfortable with its core tools, but I need personalised, 1-to-1 guidance to unlock its advanced collaboration features. My priority is learning how to:

• Set up and organise Projects so files and folders stay tidy and easy to navigate
• Facilitate real-time document collaboration inside those Projects
• Invite and manage participants effectively in Studio Sessions

I’m already at an intermediate skill level, so we can skip the basics and dive straight into practical workflows, shortcuts, and best-practice tips. Screen-sharing sessions over Zoom, Teams, or similar will work best for me, and I’d like clear, step-by-step explanations that I can immediately apply on live projects.

Deliverables
• Live tutoring sessions (ideally two 60-90 min calls, but I’m flexible)
• A concise cheat-sheet or recording summarising the key steps we covered
• Availability for quick follow-up questions after the training
