Blockchain & smart contract developers for Web3 project

I am rolling out a new Web3-based payment platform for the Argentine market and have already published a working demo that stitches together Solidity smart contracts with a Node/TypeScript backend. The next phase—scheduled to run over roughly three months—focuses on hardening those contracts, extending on-chain/off-chain payment flows, and steering the project toward public launch.

To make that happen I want to add two key profiles in parallel: senior blockchain developers and an experienced project manager. The developers will dive straight into the existing repo, audit and refactor the contracts, refine gas-efficiency, and implement new modules from the product roadmap. The project manager will own sprint planning, stakeholder updates, and delivery governance while keeping an eye on local compliance for crypto payments in Argentina.
