Job Description: Bitrix24 Freelancer (Setup & Customization)
We are looking for an experienced Bitrix24 freelancer who can help us set up, customize, and integrate the platform for our business needs.
Responsibilities
Configure and customize project boards for task and workflow management.
Create activity reports and dashboards for team performance tracking.
Set up sales data tracking and build intelligence reports for better decision-making.
Implement daily work logs and offline work logs (meetings, calls, field visits).
Configure deadline reminders, task notifications, and follow-up alerts.
Set up and automate custom emails (transactional & communication).
Build and manage automated marketing email campaigns within Bitrix24.
Provide guidance on best practices and ongoing optimization.
Requirements
Proven experience working with Bitrix24 CRM & Project Management.
Strong knowledge of automation workflows, reporting, and integrations.
Ability to customize Bitrix24 modules to match business workflows.
Experience in sales pipeline setup, activity tracking, and analytics.
Good communication skills to understand requirements and provide training if needed.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of API integrations with Bitrix24.
Prior experience in sales/marketing automation.
Deliverables

Training documentation for internal team (basic usage guide).
