I'm seeking an experienced bilingual French-English site foreman for a 37-apartment conversion within an existing Chateau hotel. No structural works are involved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising construction activities
- Coordinating with subcontractors
- Managing project schedules and deliverables
- Ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong bilingual communication skills (French-English)
