Bilingual Founder Operations Coordinator (Part-Time / Remote) - ONLY ARGENTINA
Budget: $8 – $10 USD
About the Role
CocardSolutions is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Founder Operations Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients in the United States.
Our client operates a distinguished membership ecosystem of trusted advisors, CEOs, founders, investors, and deal professionals within the lower-middle-market M&A space.
The main mission of this role is simple: reduce operational drag on the Founder and ensure key priorities consistently turn into completed, professional work.
This is an ideal position for a self-starting operator who thrives on bringing structure to fast-moving environments, managing high-level relationship coordination, and helping an entrepreneurial founder stay focused on strategic growth.

- Commitment: 20–30 hours per week to start.
- Location: 100% Remote (North America or LATAM preferred).
- Timezone Requirement: Must have operational overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Founder Support: Manage the Founder's calendar, streamline scheduling, coordinate high-level meetings, and assist with inbox coordination and task tracking.
- Event & Speaker Logistics: Own the end-to-end operational logistics for executive workshops, CEO forums, and roundtables (tracking registrations, coordinating guest speakers, managing attendee list hygiene, and post-event follow-ups).
- Operations & Project Management: Build and maintain trackers, administrative workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep internal projects moving smoothly.
- Marketing & Community Execution: Coordinate LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing initiatives, event promotions, and the consistent delivery of community newsletters.
- Relationship Support: Record professional introductions, track next steps within the CRM system, and coordinate ongoing follow-ups with referral partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Execution & Accountability: Highly organized, proactive, and possesses an exceptionally strong sense of follow-through.
- Executive Presence: Completely comfortable interacting and communicating professionally with senior executives, founders, and investors.
- Systems Mindset: Tech-savvy, systems-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Nature: Naturally operates with a "see a need, handle it" mindset to resolve operational challenges autonomously.
- Preferred Experience: Past experience in executive/founder support, operations, or project management. Experience working within events, membership organizations, startups, or professional services (finance, consulting, M&A) is a major plus. Familiarity with prominent CRM platforms (such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is highly valued.
What Our Client Offers
- Flexible remote work structure with a predictable operational cadence.
- Direct access to the Founder and core leadership in a high-trust environment.
- Meaningful ownership, autonomy, and valuable exposure to top-tier CEOs, investors, and M&A professionals.
- Concrete opportunities to expand your professional responsibilities and hours as the network scales.
