Because our team is based a few hours behind Central European Time, we are looking for a European-based partner who can be present during EU working hours and ensure communication with our clients stays clear, responsive, and local.
What we're looking for
We are looking for an EU-based Client Partner to join us long-term on a B2B basis. You will be our European point of contact — joining client calls, relaying requirements to our team, and making sure projects move forward smoothly within European working hours. Our Brazilian team takes care of the technical delivery; your focus is communication and coordination rather than development.
In short, this role connects two sides: our development team in Brazil and our clients in Europe. You are the bridge that keeps both working in sync.
Requirements
Based in Europe / EU timezone (CET ±2h) — this is central to the role
Communicative English — you'll speak with EU clients regularly, by voice and in writing, and feel comfortable holding a conversation
A basic understanding of IT and software projects — enough to follow client discussions and represent the work confidently (you won't be coding yourself)
Professional, dependable communication — you can explain things clearly and keep clients well-informed
Able to invoice us under a B2B contract (you operate your own business / sole proprietorship)
Self-managed and comfortable working remotely
Nice to have
A background in software development or a technical field
Experience working with international clients or in client-facing roles
Confidence joining video calls and representing a team professionally
