I am the Founder of an F&B-anchored commercial property project in Bangkok from the drawing board to reality and now need to secure US $3.6 million in exchange for 40 % of the equity.
What I need from you
You are a capital-raising professional who already knows how to package a deal, open doors to suitable investors, and see the process through to closing. Bangkok or wider-ASEAN exposure is ideal, but global investor reach is welcome if you can demonstrate traction with hospitality, food-service, or mixed-use commercial property plays.
Scope of work
• Refine the capital stack, pre-money valuation, and equity waterfall to make the 40 % offer compelling without diluting future expansion plans.
• Source and engage investor leads, coordinate meetings, and handle follow-ups until soft commitments convert to signed term sheets.
• Liaise with local counsel and my project team on KYC, data-room population, and closing paperwork.
Acceptance criteria
1. Dynamic Excel model with clear assumptions and scenario toggles.
2. Minimum of three qualified investor term sheets totaling at least US $3.6 million.
3. Weekly progress reports summarising outreach, responses, and next actions.
