2- The second report is the individual report named “Multidisciplinary Teamwork Individual
Report Format”. In this report, In this report, It should include the section in which each individual
works explain your contribution to the group work and add your part which is in your group
report. Another request in this report is the evaluation of the team. Example; Considering that the
work done by the team is 100 units of work in total, person A has done 5 units, person B 25 units,
person C 10 units, person D 5 units, person E 20 units, person F 10 units, person G 25 units. In
addition, evaluation comments can be written in this section.
