I’m building a long-term BGMI esports project and need a sharp freelancer who already lives and breathes the game. You should be confident running custom rooms and scrims, comfortable organizing or jumping into tournaments, and ready to keep everything flowing smoothly from your own laptop.

Because you’re very comfortable with Google Sheets, basic admin panels, and similar apps, logging scores, rosters, and payments won’t slow you down. Your background in managing esports projects multiple times means you know how to handle tight schedules, last-minute roster changes, and the occasional in-game dispute without breaking a sweat.

Day to day you’ll create and share room IDs and passwords, track match data in real time, liaise with teams and casters, and flag anything that might affect competitive integrity. Hours are flexible, the work is fully remote, and payment terms (project-based or monthly) will be finalized together once we see how you fit in.

Key deliverables
• Private lobbies launched on schedule, with clean spectator slots
• Match results and standings logged accurately in shared Sheets before the next round begins
• Weekly summary report covering issues, highlights, and suggestions for smoother operations
