Automation Specialist (Jira, Teams, Slack, Github)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
The end goal is to set up an automated and seamless working control system for cross-border and cross-organizational project management focussed on Software development.
We already use Jira, Github and MS Teams as island systems.
We wish to integrate all these systems + some more if needed (you may suggest what makes sense) in a seamless manner. I should allow to:
- control code commits and relate them to jira project issues
- time management (we have them in Jira) across systems
- integration Jira work flow into MS Teams and vice versa (can see progress of Jira in Teams)
- related discussions in channels and related to projects (Teams - Jira)
- VERY IMPORTANT: access management across systems. Managers should have access to all. Project workers selective access to their projects. Clients (3rd party) to selective access to their projects and selected contents. This must work across systems
Your job is to (1) come up with a proposal (which systems, how to use) and (2) set this up
a Plus is if you have also experience in Software documentation automation.
