**Scope of Work:**
1. **Team Collaboration and Project Management:**
- Select and set up a user-friendly project management tool (e.g., Trello, Asana) to facilitate task assignment, progress tracking, and collaboration.
- Ensure seamless integration with GitHub repositories for version control and code management.
- Configure a live server environment for real-time testing and deployment.
2. **Onboarding and Task Assignment:**
- Develop a simple onboarding process for new team members, incorporating tasks and responsibilities from freelance marketplaces.
- Automate task assignment based on skillset and availability, reducing manual intervention.
3. **Time Tracking and Payment Calculation:**
- Integrate a straightforward time tracking tool to monitor working hours accurately.
- Automate payment calculation based on logged hours, ensuring correct and timely compensation for freelancers and team members.
4. **Resource Management:**
- Set up a resource management system to efficiently manage software licenses, acounts,resources, and project-specific requirements.

5. **Hierarchy and Level Management:**
- Implement a basic hierarchy and level management system (e.g., Level 1, 2, 3) for effective project delegation and supervision.
