Assistant Project Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Mission: To support the Project Manager in completing project planning stages and tracking progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description: You will work closely with the Project Manager to complete project planning stages and manage administrative tasks. This role is key to keeping our projects on time and within budget.
Prerequisites:
Hard Skills:
- Fluent English
- Proficient in project management software like Trello, Bard, Asana, Monday.
- Strong working knowledge of GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Sites)
Experience:
- 1-2 years experience as a project coordinator or assistant project manager
- Experience managing workflows and tracking project progress
Clear Responsibilities:
- Ensure tracking of workflow and project progress is up-to-date and accurate
- Create and submit timely reports to the Project Manager on progress and blockers
- Review documents and questionnaires and correct errors
- Proactively communicate potential delays or issues to the Project Manager
- Manage administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, compiling status updates, among others.
Workload:
- Minimum of 1 hour per day
- >6 hours per week on:
a) reviewing documents;
b) updating workflows and creating reports;
c) administrative tasks and meetings.
d) Remaining time assisting with project planning and tracking.
Team: You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Director.
