Assistant Manager for Monthly Performance Reviews
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an organized, people-focused Assistant Manager who can take full ownership of staff management, specifically our monthly performance review cycle. Your core mission is to keep the entire process running smoothly—from gathering metrics to delivering constructive feedback and tracking follow-up actions.
Here’s what I’ll rely on you to do:
• Build and maintain an up-to-date review calendar so every employee knows when their session is coming up.
• Collect attendance, KPI data, and qualitative feedback from team leads; consolidate it in Google Sheets or our HRIS.
• Draft review documents, highlight strengths and development areas, and prepare talking points for me to deliver (or deliver the review yourself if you’re comfortable).
• Facilitate each review meeting, ensuring clear next steps and documented goals.
• Monitor action items throughout the month and flag anything slipping off track.
• Provide a concise monthly summary dashboard that visualizes trends, recurring issues, and high performers.
Success looks like zero missed review dates, actionable feedback for every team member, and a living record of progress that feeds into promotions and training plans.
Experience with performance-management tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar), strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and excellent written communication are essential. If you thrive on structure, accountability, and helping people grow, let’s talk.
