SONNENGLAS® team is looking for a ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER based in South Africa who is excited to join a small team to help us solve problems bigger than ourselves. Our product is manufactured according to FAIR TRADE standards in Johannesburg employing over 60 workers from the townships of Soweto and Alexandra.
You will work closely and collaboratively in cross-functional team with teammates spread across the globe helping uns moving projects of all kinds forward. Our team works together remotely and we have been doing so since our inception and not as a result of COVID-19. Even though work happens remotely and this job is open to anybody residing in South Africa, we would prefer candidates in the Johannesburg area with willingness to also work on projects in person. As many team members are bi-lingual and many projects are implemented on the German speaking market, we also prefer candidates with German language skill.s
