Asana-to-Monday Timeline Migration

Scope of work
• Build new Project timeline boards in monday.com.
• Manually add three essential columns to each board: Start date and End date, Task descriptions, and Assigned team members.
• Set up practical automations so the timelines update reliably and assignees receive notifications.
• Export the existing data from Asana and import it cleanly into the new monday.com boards, keeping task history and dates intact.
Acceptance
A board is considered complete when every task from the source project appears in monday.com with correct dates, description, owner and the agreed automations firing without error.
