Sourcing for Remote Event - Agentina

I'm seeking a proficient sourcing agent in Argentina. I need to source the following for a one off remote event in Argentina:
We require the following rental equipment:
- 4 and 6-seater electric buggies
- Polaris or other off-road vehicles
- Mobile Porta cabin with all sleeping and hygiene facilities
- Mobile Toilets
- Mobile washroom
- Standing heaters(Electric)
- Single beds/mattresses and Grade B linen and Blanket
- Tents for catering
- Tents or mobile structures which can be converted into a kitchen
- Full range of kitchen equipment to operate two industrial kitchen
- Mobile kitchen(Industrial)
- All F&B Crockery and glassware and related products
- Industrial laundry equipment
- Casual manpower

Non Rental:
Food and Beverage supplier - Fresh Protiens, Fresh Fruit and veg
Other equipment may be needed as required

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in international food sourcing
- event infrastructure
- project management
- Familiarity with Argentina's food and event market
- Experience with event planning and logistics.

This engagement is likely to last 3-4 weeks from Late February to Mid March 2024 and will require travel within Argentina and coordination with a local and overseas project team.
