Architectural Drafting & Project Coordination
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need an architectural draftsperson who can step in immediately, own the drawing package for my current build, and keep the entire documentation process moving on schedule. Your core focus will be architectural drafting—turning my sketches and notes into clean, construction-ready plans, updating them as design tweaks arise, and driving each version through to sign-off.
Alongside the drafting, I also want you to act as a light project manager: track open items, chase down clarifications from suppliers or consultants, and generally make sure nothing slips through the cracks. From time to time we’ll jump on quick calls where you’ll “interview” me or other stakeholders to gather missing information; clear communication is crucial.
When you apply, include a detailed project proposal that explains:
• the software you prefer (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• your workflow for creating, revising, and finalising drawings
• a rough timeline for the first full issue set
• how you’ll keep me updated on progress
Deliverables I expect
• Full set of architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) ready for submission
• Ongoing revisions issued as dated PDFs and native files
• A final, signed-off package in both PDF and editable format
