Arabic and English Speaking Project Manager -- 2

We're working with a client who is in need of a Project Manager to help facilitate a large scale project. We're in need of a project delivery expert.
Required:
- Anyone from Middle East, or any closer time zone.
- Speaks fluent Arabic and English
- Job involves managing a program and resolving delivery issues
- Experience in running large scale projects
- Deliver and monitor success of each projects
Nice to have/s:
- Project management experience, certification is a plus.
- Technical expertise is also a plus but not required.
The program will run for 6 months.
